About Us
As of its establishment in 1978 in Prato, where its headquarters are still located, Cellini GTC has been active in the field of plant engineering.
Its considerable experience has been gained in more than thirty years of activity. The works done include more and more specialized and technologic plants (electric systems, intrusion prevention systems, CCTV, telephony and data transmission systems, articulated wiring, plumbing, conditioning and cogeneration plants) for hospitals, shopping centres, facilities in general (such as barracks, purification plants, train stations, etc.), schools, houses, public entertainment and art buildings, hotels.
Today, technologic development has brought plant engineering to gain a very important place in the implementation and management of all constructions. Even the most important or prestigious building lacks 'life' without the contribution of energy. It is for this reason that Cellini GTC uses the slogan ENERGIA VITALE [VITAL ENERGY] which, besides representing well the company itself, summarizes its project in tune with the evolution of the market and of technology.
At the moment, Cellini GTC has a 'technologic' base of 2,000 sqm covering all the different areas of planning, management and control of all the processes related to the implementation of big comission orders, from the planning to the testing and maintenance of the works done.
Cellini GTC has then found a new domain of growth in the field of renewable energies; in fact, the negative economic trend of the markets in the last two years has led it to choose new research politics and develop new products/services.
Therefore, Cooperativa Cellini has gained a considerable attention and a strong participation in the market of renewable energies, by installing important photovoltaic plants and envisaging to involve itself also in small wind, biomass, hydro-power and cogeneration plants.
Cellini's aim is to further develop its competence, following with firm belief the target to reach the highest quality in results, consistent with the company's social dimension. As of the beginning of its activity, the company has in fact participated in and implemented contract works and, in the last years, has strengthened its presence in calls for tenders for project financing obtaining even long-term construction and maintenance permissions.
With a supply chain of proven efficacy, based on the solid grounds of a know-how going from research to development and management of resources and plants, Cellini GTC is able to offer its clients a guarantee on their investment.
Company’s Values and Philosophy
Cellini General Technology Contractor is a dynamic group of people who plan, supervise and control all the research and development projects, from the planning, creation and management of big commission orders, to the test and maintenance of the works done.
From the beginning of its activity up to today, Cellini GTC has proven to have a strong and autonomous identity by always keeping up with innovation, where know-how and experience are combined with new technologies; this has allowed the company to become an EPC contractor, able to give reliable answers to its clients.
Cellini's strong point is indubitably in the group of people who make the company: each of them with a specific role, offering their abilities, receiving constant education and training and increasing their motivation and engagement by making each project develop.
- Cellini GTC acquires contracts and its team takes care of them by giving the users a guarantee on their investment.
- These are the new challenges of the future: energy efficiency, production of distributed energy, renewable energy, waste management and smart grids.
- Energy efficiency to reduce consumptions, optimize processes and make industries, working environments and houses more comfortable and compatible with the environment.
- Distributed production to train environmentally-aware users, involved in a revolution in which energy is the focus of technique.
- Renewable energy to express creativity and engagement in discovering new energy sources which were of marginal importance in the era of fossil fuels and of big oil and gas companies.
- Waste management and exploitation to close the productive chain, limiting the use of non-reusable materials.
- Smart grids to support small- and medium-scale entrepreneurs, by inserting them in a safe, efficient and democratic network.
- Cellini GTC abroad: the big Italian experience serving the developing countries. A transfer of expertise and technologies gained by way of a long experience for a future respecting our environment.
Who We Are
Cellini GTC has made strong investments for the consolidation of its technical, organizational and managerial structure, by acquiring suitable skills and up-to-date information systems to reach the levels of quality and productive effectiveness necessary to defend the important market segment in which the company is present.
The highly technological component of the works done requires a constant ability to invest in the development of competence and personnel, this being the only way to be able to guarantee an adequate flexibility and to successfully compete in emerging fields requiring high specializations.
The growth in the personnel's level of competence is the main surplus value in the whole system: an organizational structure is, in fact, necessary to face future tasks.
