Our Strength
Hi-earns has developed independent intellectual property rights for single-cylinder air-cooled engine (HR198FD displacement of 633CC, HR1102FD displacement of 718CC, HR1105FD displacement of 762CC), and two-cylinder air-cooled generator set (HR2V98FD with displacement of 1326CC). We successively obtained 15 invention patents, 31 utility model patents, 21 appearance design patents, a total of 67. We have passed and obtained the ISO9001-2015, CE, E-Mark (EU) 2016/1628 certificate, 3KW /16KW air-cooled units at 5000/4000/3000 meters above sea level military products endurance test certificate. Hi-earns Company has 8 advanced automatic assembly line, has set up product laboratory and add a set of high-precision comprehensive test system to test engine working temperature, oil temperature, exhaust temperature, rotational speed, fuel consumption, power and other indicators for product development and quality sampling. Imported exhaust gas and smoke analyzer to monitor engine emissions, has basically complete engine testing instruments, monitor the whole process engine from the purchase, assembly, testing to delivery. According to these conditions, Hi-earns Company have fully achieved the annual production capacity of 85,000 air-cooled diesel engines.
