Composite Technology Corporation became the new name of the corporation in November 2001, after a reverse acquisition of Transmission Technology Corporation, which began the development of an energy efficient conductor for the electrical transmission industry, which has become known as ACCC® conductor. CTC’s products incorporate advanced composite materials and innovative design solutions that result in energy efficient conductors for electrical transmission systems and the development of renewable energy resources. The Company was originally incorporated in Florida on February 26, 1980, and reincorporated in Nevada on June 27, 2001. Our fiscal year begins on October 1, and ends the following year on September 30.
