Founded in 1998, Engineered Power has provided the oilfield industry with innovative power solutions for extreme environments. Over the last 20 years, Engineered Power has been manufacturing non-rechargeable 3.6V lithium thionyl chloride batteries specifically designed for the high temperature and high shock/vibe requirements for the oil and gas downhole markets. Engineered Power’s rigorous cell testing and intensive product inspections ensure maximum performance, reliability and shelf life. New Technology: In 2018, Engineered Power developed the 3.9V non-rechargeable Lithium Sulfuryl Chloride chemistry for the pipeline and oceanology industry. Facility: Our 34,000 square feet facility is designed to ensure top quality production. Our dedicated processes included separate dry rooms, incoming and outgoing quality control checks and environmental testing areas. All of this to ensure quality and durability for all our products.
