Specific social responsibilities
We have a vested interest in human rights and workplace practices. We support the principles of the UN Global Compact and have published an Employee Code of Conduct that is fully supported by executive management.

Health and safety
Hexagon Agility strives to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all of our employees and business associates. We comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines recommended by health and safety authorities. We collaborate internally to maintain a healthy, safe, and enjoyable environment. It is important that our facilities demonstrate our commitment to good working conditions and respect for the environment. We observe all applicable laws and regulations in the countries in which we operate.

We ensure that our employees are properly informed about work hazards and they receive proper training for the handling of hazardous substances. We make available to all employees the safety data sheets (SDS) for chemicals used in the workplace. Our employees are well-equipped with all necessary personal protective equipment. Each facility maintains records of incidents and injuries. We comply with all requirements regarding emergency exits and firefighting equipment. Evacuation drills are carried out so that we are properly prepared in the event of emergencies.

Worker rights
Our policies and practices regarding employee compensation and working hours meet International Labor Organization conventions. Our company has a policy of paid leave and adequate wages, and we comply with all overtime related legal requirements. Hexagon Agility complies with applicable laws, agreements, and industry standards on working hours and compensation.

Child and forced labor
Child labor and forced labor are strictly prohibited and we comply with International Labor Organization conventions. Our employees meet minimum age requirements per national laws and are allowed to leave the factory premises after work anytime, in compliance with applicable laws.

Freedom of association
Hexagon Agility upholds the employee's right to freely join and take action in, or form, workers organizations.

Discrimination
All employees are treated in a nondiscriminatory manner with regard to wages, benefits, hiring procedures, race, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability, or sexual orientation.

Ethical conduct
Our organization and business partners are encouraged to promptly report any potentially illegal, improper, and/or unethical conduct in the workplace. We foster an environment that encourages people to freely and openly raise any and all genuine and legitimate concerns. In the event that reporting to management may result in undue distress, we encourage employees to contact the Human Resources Department or the anonymous whistle-blower hotline to report these issues. This provides an opportunity for concerns to be investigated in an unbiased manner and to ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve the matter effectively. Hexagon Agility has the policy of not tolerating corruption by our employees, officers, suppliers or business associates. Our policy is to not tolerate conflicts of interest or unethical behavior that might arise when engaging in company business.
