What started in 1999 as a small consulting business with a desire to help engineers solve turbomachinery challenges has grown into a leading turbomachinery design, analysis and optimization firm grounded in the philosophy of Engineering Excellence through Expertise and Experience. With offices in four countries, SoftInWay continues to expand its reach throughout the global engineering community.
Our growing employee base offers both real-world experience and significant design theory expertise. Over 35% of our employees hold Ph.D degrees and another 40% have MS-level engineering degrees.
