The D3100 and D4100 DAC series convert digital ASCII data signals from a host computer to analog DC voltage output signals using an internal 12-bit digital to analog converter. The voltage signals can be used to control annunciators, actuators or other hardware that requires a control input signal.

The D3100 series modules are a cost effective solution for simple step function control applications. The D4100 series modules contain higher level functions for controlling output slew rates, communications watch-dog timer, and user-programmable start-up value. The D3000/4000 series modules can also be mounted on a DIN-Rail using the MK-1 mounting kit. |
