Engine Recovery System
From Other Products
THE PROPER MACHINE FOR A REAL ENERGY SAVING In order to recover pipe and for hydraulic movements this kind of machine employs a little diesel engine. The advantages of this systems consist of not absorving power from water and so this can be totally used for watering.
The pressure losses of machine are reduced about 25/30% in comparison with an average consumption of a diesel engine of 300gr/h of diesel. Such solution makes the machine proper for setting of pipes with big diameter and huge lengths (even 700 meters). Moreover, it is the only one which allows to distribute liquid manure or waters without problems at the wished return speed (10÷150mt/h).

Hydraulic Facility.
It is made of: front slave-jack (except model EXP.M). Jacks which allow to lower wheels to transport position and lift them to working position, leaving the machine lying on a turning turntable which allows a 360° rotation (Except model EXP.M). Jacks on the rear stabilizers, which lock to the ground the machine in working position and become elements for lifting the nozzle holder cart during the transport phase.. Lowering the platform during working phase gives a remarkable stability to machine, allowing the mounting on mod. LLS-PLS-PLLs of pipes of a considerable lengths. As an option you may have oversized independent outrigger jacks, with turntable hydraulic rotation.
Functions
OLEODYNAMIC INTEGRATED SYSTEM with the following functions:
- Regulator end of return speed of the pipe (10÷150mt/h). On demand maximum speed 200-300-2000 mt/h.
- HydraulicMechanical compensator, return speed.
- Lever recover pipe – stop – reverse rotation.
- Automatic stop end of work and wrong pipe rolling.
- Automatic protection broke pipe PE through calibrated valve for the strongest effort, according to the PE pipe installed on the machine.
Engine Stop
It is a mean, which allows to stop the diesel motor and consequently the pipe return in case of lack of water (optional).
Water Inlet
Particular attention was given to the project of water inlet using big diameter pipes and wide-raging curves, in order to avoid useless pressure losses.
