Federal Signal Pathfinder PF400 is a programmable siren and light controller with remote surface-mount or handheld controller options. Pathfinder PF400 has features such as multi-tone and Rumbler traffic-clearing capability and optional On-Board Diagnostics (OBDII) integration. The Pathfinder PF400 police siren is easy to install and incorporates Convergence Network Configuration Software to provide a high level of customizable control capability. The PF400 police siren provides the officer with customized control of the siren, warning lights, directional lights, and other accessories. All controller options feature programmable buttons for press-on/off, momentary, timed, step-thru, and multiple different blinking styles. The button brightness can be dimmed or turned off for stealth operation. Over (100) labeling stickers, such as alley, gun lock, and wail allow for further customization of the controller.

- Utilizing Federal Signal’s Convergence Network Configuration Software, the Pathfinder seamlessly connects to a vehicle's light bar for plug-and-play functionality and supports the cloning of siren settings across an entire fleet for uniform operation.
- The Pathfinder PF400 is capable of driving between one to four 100-watt speakers and is suitable for use in 100-watt systems while adhering to SAE J1849 and NFPA standards.
- For further enhancements, the Pathfinder system can be expanded with additional modules, including a rear expansion module, 24-channel and 32-channel Expansion Modules, a Power Distribution Module, and an On Scene Sync Module.
