Fixed Single Shaft Park PV Systems
From PV Systems
Fixed single-shaft base for 2 panels in vertical layout (portrait) or 3 panels in horizontal layout (landscape) by anchoring in concrete with an aluminium peg at the desired angle. Anchored to a depth of about 1m in the concrete. Powder coating option for installations in an alkaline environment. Support system for PV farms. We suggest anchoring in concrete with an aluminium peg with the single-shaft base with standard peg length to avoid the use of steel due to corrosion issues when combining these two materials.

Product Details
No geological study is required as the length of the aluminium peg is standard. The aluminium peg has a 5X13cm rectangular cross-section and is anchored to a depth of about 1m. The dimensions of the hole for anchoring in concrete are Φ30 at a depth of 1.20 m. Anchoring in concrete also requires a type B500C 1X1m structural mesh with Φ8.
The panel layout for the single-shaft base may have up to 2 panels vertically (portrait) or 3 panels horizontally (landscape) for panels of up to 166X99cm.
The base dimensions vary according to the dimensions of the panels and the tilt angle, while the standard tilt values are 5-10-15-20-25-28-30 degrees.
The standard panel-ground distance is 45cm and cannot be greater than 60cm due to wind load issues.
No special structures can be constructed.
