A containerized, ultra-high temperature, self-fueling proprietary technology to convert post-recycling waste into renewable energy. The Gen-H represents a departure from waste recovery technologies since it is (1) small-scale and mobile, (2) treats more types of waste more efficiently and (3) has zero process emissions.

Technology Features

OUTSTANDING EFFICIENCY
Faster and more efficient conversion thanks to the uniform heat distribution and bespoke monitoring. Its ultra-high temperature is 2-3 times hotter than average and allows to convert more waste types, including some hazardous.

ENVIRONMENTAL EXCELLENCY
Designed to meet US EPA and the EU environmental standards.

Attains zero process emissions due to its self-fueling feature. Very low emissions to air thanks to its optimum conversion, the lowered temperature at exhaust and its in-built pollution abatement equipment. Minimal ash.

SMALL-SCALE & ON-SITE
Solves the major barrier with waste conversion technologies: scale.

Most of them are large-scale and require large quantities of waste to operate. Our system works with small quantities (10 to 20 tonnes per day) thus becoming an option for small cities, rural areas, and on-site user locations.

LOW MAINTENANCE & COSTS
No supplemental fuel required and therefore less expensive to operate. This feature is the system's strength compared to other thermal treatment systems that require a constant external fuel supply. Designed for one person operation. Straight forward maintenance procedure.

ACCEPTS HIGH-MOISTURE WASTE
The system's ultra-high temperature allows it to convert waste with up to 35% moisture content. This can avoid the need for pre-treatment drying.

MOBILE
The system is easily transported on road and can serve several locations within an area.
