HIPOWER - Diesel Power Plants

Diesel Power Plant, designed for being connected in a quick and immediate way to the power supply, is built in a 40' HC ISO container with isolated walls and roofs sound proof through rock wool. The materials that include the container are water proof resistant and the metal structure is zinc plated and covered with a coat of painting resistant to the corrosion. The product offers easy access to the interior thanks to the strategic distribution of its access, including the security exits and guaranteeing the lightening for maintenance assistance.

The Diesel Power Plant has a dimensions of (L) 12.195 x (W) 2439 x (H) 3.000 (mm) and a weight of approximately 24 tons facilitating its transportation to everywhere. The level of residual noise in opened field is 85 dB(A) in 3 feet.

The Sound attenuated version of the Power Plant stands out for the fitting of the engine-alternator. This group is set up on a chassis made of a blended metal and electro-weld in laminated ACRO and streamline according to the UNE 36.537 y DIN 17.119, 17.120 and 59.411 regulations. Furthermore, it is provided of anti-vibrations system reducing the vibrations or the movement of the alternator – engine and the support. The lightening system of the product is complemented with an emergency lamp. All equipment is put in land in a secure way.

The Diesel Power Plant is designed for the energy supply of production plants from countries in development with a high demand of energy that need backup systems to developed countries that require energy supply in remote situations such as islands and mountains. Furthermore, the system can work in both synchronize and stand-alone application and it is designed for being directly connected to the public energy supply. Other applications of the Power Plant are the main supply or stand by supply of urban areas, sport facilities, health facilities, refinery, data centers and antenna, buildings and institutional complex and other infrastructure that can have irreparable damages as a result of an energy supply interruption.
