The 240 t/h lignite-fired CFB (Circulating Fluidized Bed) boiler is a new type of boiler designed by Jinan Boiler Group Co., Ltd., optimized based on their previous 220 t/h coal-fired CFB boilers. It is engineered for high efficiency and low pollution, capable of burning lignite coal with high moisture content. The boiler operates with a combustion efficiency of up to 97%. When burning fuel with high sulfur content, limestone is fed into the boiler to significantly reduce SO2 emissions. The NOx emissions are also effectively controlled, thanks to the combustion temperatures regulated at about 900ºC. This temperature helps minimize equipment corrosion and environmental pollution. The ash residue from the combustion process is suitable for use as aggregate material in cement production. This boiler features a natural circulating water tube system and a volute-type cyclone separator. It has high and low-temperature superheaters and two-stage economizers and air preheaters, ensuring efficient heat recovery and energy use. The high-pressure and high-temperature specifications, combined with advanced combustion technology, underline its robust performance in power generation applications.

240 t/h lignite fired CFB Boiler:

This boiler is a new type CFB boiler, which designed and optimized on basis of JBG 220 t/h coal fired CFB Boilers, with high efficiency and low pollution. It can fire Lignite Coal with high moisture.

The boiler adopts circulation fluidized bed combustion type, with high efficiency and low pollution character. Its combustion efficiency is as high as 97%. By limestone feeding when fire with high sulfur content fuel, it can obviously reduce the discharge of SO2. Meanwhile the NOx emission also can be control effectively due to the combustion temperature of boiler at about 900ºC and reduce corrosion on equipment from sulfur and pollution to environment from flue gas. Ash residue is active enough to be used as aggregate materials for cement.

This is a kind of natural circulating water tube boiler with circulating combustion system by adopting volute-type cyclone separators. The furnace is made up of membrane water-cooling wall. The superheaters are divided into high and low temperature stages with the spray desuperheater arranged between the two stages. The two-stage economizers, primary and secondary air preheaters are arranged in the back-end pass.
