This 250KVA Zone 2 Hazardous Area Explosion Proof Diesel Generator is designed specifically for use in environments prone to explosions, such as coal mines, oil and gas fields, and petrochemical facilities. It is also suitable for applications in sectors like metallurgy, city gas, and chemical industries. The generator operates continuously at a power factor of 0.8 LAG. Built to meet Directive 2014/34/UE-ATEX and standards from the EN 60079, EN 1834, and EN 1755 series, it employs a Cummins NTAA855-G7 diesel engine with a displacement of 14L, governed at speeds of 1500/1800 rpm. The system is mounted in a DNV certified 2.7-1 skid frame and offers protection with IP55 rating. The generator's noise level is 85 dBA at 7 meters. It features a 24V electrical system, a battery rated at 210Ah, and supports 50Hz/60Hz frequency ranges. Designed to operate within an ambient temperature range of -25℃ to +60℃, and at altitudes up to 1000m.
