Structure

Thermal oil system includes:

KS’s oil expansion tank is a 2-in-1 device because it has 2 different tasks:

+ The degassing expansion tank is a place to store a volume of heat carrier oil that increases during heating.

+ The degassing expansion tank also helps to remove the gas in the device, ensuring accurate measuring device parameters, avoiding pump cavitation, making the thermal oil flow continuously to ensure that the heat absorption surface is always low, thus do not overheat the oil, avoid oxidation, help prolong the life of the thermal oil.

+ A special feature of KS’s oil expansion tank is that in addition to performing two tasks of expansion – degassing, this device also prevents the hot oil flow in the system from heating the oil on the expansion tank, minimizing heat loss. .

  • Circulation pipeline:

Thermal oil piping system is made from ASTM standard heat-resistant seamless steel pipe and accessories suitable for hot oil environment such as expansion compensation, valves, heat-resistant gaskets, oil resistance, etc.

The diameter of the oil pipe is designed to match the oil speed in the pipe, ensuring the most economical oil flow capacity and pipeline resistance.

 The pipeline system is covered with insulation against heat loss, environmental safety and hygiene, in accordance with technical standards for fire prevention.

  • Pump system:

The heat oil pump is an important part of any thermal oil system.

Heat pump oil pump is a single-stage pump with air or water-cooled seals and bearings, the motor shaft is indirectly connected to the pump shaft through a shaft coupling. Depending on the characteristics of the operating temperature, cold start-up temperature and the properties of the heat carrier oil, Enthalpy selects the most suitable pump types for customers.
