Model ES-PUMP - Diesel Fuel Dispensers

ES PUMP equipment allow quick, safe and reliable refuellings of vehicles, and provide several solutions to control and monitor  the fuelling operations and the fuel consumption.

This line of dispensers can be provided in both versions, mechanic head and electronic head and calculator.

All models are equipped with a filtration unit which provides extra protection of the equiment removing impurities and water from fuel; these filters ensure a superior in-line protection of mechanical parts and an high level of fuel purity.

Self-supporting stamped-plate frame treated with a corrosion-resistant layer and oven-baked powder coated as finishing.
The exclusive attractive shape, the sturdy construction, the high efficiency and the low-maintenance design make these dispensers an ideal solution for all non-commercial refuelling needs.

• Self-ventilated enclosed motor provided with thermal protection.
• Self-priming vane pump, built-in bypass valve, mechanical seal, strainer, flow rate 70 lpm or 90 lpm.
• Nutating-disk fuel meter for non-commercial use, provided with mechanical readout system.
• Water separator filter (n. 2 filters for GLM-100 model).
• Emergency mushroom-type shut-off  button.
• Automatic fuel nozzle with swivel joint.
• 4 m. of antistatic rubber hose. 
• Nozzle holder built-in the dispenser chassis.

Models:GLM-M: mechanical type, sturdy and reliable dispenser for non-commercial use; exclusive attractive shape, high efficiency and low-maintenance design.

• AC motor, available both as single-phase (230V - 50Hz) and Three-phase (400V-50Hz) version.
• Self-priming vane motor pump, flow rate: 70 lpm (GLM- 70-M) or 90 lpm (GLM-100-M).
• Nutating-disk fuel meter, designed for non-commercial use only, mechanical readout device with rotating wheels, 4-digits subtotal can be set to zero and progressive 7-digits totaliser. Accuracy +/- 1% of the flow range after calibration. Repeatability 0,2%, max operating pressure 10 bar.
• PULSER meter version available on request; pulser meter, oval gears type to connect the dispenser with a fuel management systems to control and monitor  the fuelling operations and the fuel consumption.
• Water adsorbing filter (n. 2 filters on the GLM-100 model).
• Minimum tank level pump stop.
• Hinged front door complete with lock.

GLM-C: Electronic Head version, equipped with MC electronic register, sturdy and reliable dispenser for non-commercial use; exclusive attractive shape, high efficiency and low-maintenance design.

GLM-E : Electronic Head version, equipped with FM electronic unit, sturdy and reliable dispenser for non-commercial use; exclusive attractive shape, high efficiency and low-maintenance design.

Diesel fuel dispenser for non-commercial use equipped with FM electronic unit, for quick and accurate fuelling operations, which can be used only by authorised personnel (max. 120 users); it is fitted with a local memory capable of storing data for the latest 200 fuel deliveries. Can be set up to accept  vehicle registration numbers and odometer reading. Thanks to a dedicated software it is possible to control and monitor  the fuelling operations and the fuel consumption.
