Pressure through 5000PSIG/345 BarG. HCNG systems are ideal for large gas flow continuous duty service after the natural gas compressor. Systems are completely self-contained with pre-wired and pre-piped components. One tower purifies while the other regenerates.

Operation
In high pressure purifiers, one tower dries while the other regenerates similar to the LCNG purifiers. The key difference is that in the HCNG purifiers, the moisture-laden purge gas is returned to the gas compressor inlet.
The Pioneer design includes filters at inlet and outlet of each tower for enhanced system reliability.
