The Centrifugal fans of this series are available either in a directly coupled version (PR/AT) or in a transmission version (PR/T/AT) and designed to meet the demands of various industrial processes where it is necessary to move or mix hot fluids. These fans are mostly used for painting plants, heat treatment furnaces, oven drying processes, etc.... Both the series permit an efficient installation with the fluid temperature of max +180°C for a directly coupled version, and max +300°C for a transmission version (please consult our technical department for executions proper to treat fluids with temperature value above +300°C).

Technical Features

Construction Features
Backward blades impeller in welded steel directly coupled with the motor shaft in PR/AT version or coupled with the support shaft in PR/T/AT version. In order to dissipate the calories directed to the bearings, one or more inner cooling fans are mounted on the motor shaft. Cast iron pillow block with a shaft in C40 tempered steel is provided with two C3-tollerance bearings with high-temperature lubrication. The group is mounted on a bearing plate in welded steel, insulated with the rockwool mat, with the density of 120 kg/m3. Fire insulation is of M0 class . In order to avoid any thermic exchange, on request, the buffer can be provided with a thermic joint in ceramic fibre. Power transmissions with “V” belts and pulleys. Protection carter in accordance with the accident prevention norms is a varnished grating placed alongside power transmissions and an inner cooling fan. The group is varnished with AT300 aluminium.
