TerraStar - Gasification Systems

Best suited for hard and dry materials including; plastic, paper, wood, cardboard, fabrics, bubble wrap, plastic film, rubber, etc. Material is shredded and then milled to a fine powder. The powder is then transformed into pellets of a consistent size and density. The pellets are then fed into the gasifier where, under high temperatures, the chemical bonds are broken. The volatile gases (mostly H2) are extracted and can be used as fuel for heat or used to generate electricity.
