There are 4,500 areas across the United Kingdom that are eligible to apply for funding and each will need to demonstrate the ability to deliver on a whole-house basis, with a community backed programme of works. There are bonuses to suppliers (and therefore areas) if they can achieve density and multiple-measure targets and consistently deliver Carbon savings through approved measure installation.
Osborne Energy recognises that every programme is individual and therefore requires a tailored delivery, monitoring and reporting solution.
Osborne Energy is working with a number of local authorities, utility companies, social housing providers and community groups to design, fund and manage successful Community Energy Saving Programmes.
