Currently involved in a two year emission measurement contract (2003-2004) for two mass burn facilities providing annual compliance testing including mercury, multiple metals, PCDD/PCDF, hydrochloric acid (inlet/outlet), total suspended particulate matter, particulate matter less than 10 microns (PM10), CEMS RATA, and quarterly cylinder gas audits (CGA). Recently conducted mercury emissions tests to properly calibrate the carbon injection rates allowing for correct compliance status with the regulatory agency.

Managed and conducted compliance testing on three refuse derived fuel (RDF) units that required simultaneous inlet and outlet testing for mercury and hydrochloric acid (HCl). In addition to PCDD/PCDF and multiple metals testing on-site HCl analysis was performed via the mercuric nitrate method.

Conducted a NOx optimization program on a newly installed selective noncatalytic reduction (SNCR) system designed for a RDF unit.

Successfully tested nine different HMIW incinerators, manufactured by six different companies, for PCDD/PCDF, multiple metals, HCl, NOx, SO2, CO, and opacity. Compliance testing was conducted in three different states for state and federal agencies.
