CHROMtools
CHROMtools provides powerful tools to the analyst to ensure the highest quality data and operation efficiency in Qedit. With CHROMtools, analysts can overlay multiple TICs right inside Qedit and integrate with confidence. The real-time retention time checking feature will alert the analyst to duplicate hits for the same retention time, including the name and peak number. CHROMtools editing features perform common tasks on analyte sets, like Qdeleting all surrogates, and selectively un-deleting from a list of Qdeleted integrations.
